Bacon and cheese chicken breast. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Rub both sides of chicken breasts with seasoning rub.
Cover and bake covered for 25 minutes then uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through 165F internal temperature. In a large skillet over medium heat fry the bacon. Sprinkle cheese over the top of the dish.

Spread the BBQ sauce equally over each chicken breast. Cream cheese should be cold right out of the fridge sliced into 8 thin slices. Using a sharp knife slice each chicken breast in half lengthwise and season each side with salt and pepper.
Remove tray from the oven and sprinkle the cheese oven the bacon.
